This companion flange is built to use standard 1410/1480 flat flanged driveshafts on a ProFab or SCS or similar drop box style aftermarket transfer case. Often used in mud trucks, mega trucks, and truck pulling, it can be used with what are often called Rockwell pattern or deuce and a half driveshafts.
