This flat flange fits the Northwest Fab Titan output shaft kit for the NP205 transfer case. It also fits our NDT-00186 high strength center bearing kit. It allows for standard 1350 pattern flange yoke. Due to the size of the shaft and nut on the 34 spline, this flange is the only reasonable way to fit a 1350 series on the Titan output.
