This 1410 Forged Ubolt yoke replaces the long obsolete Spicer 3-4-10571-1 for Ford ZF5 applications (ZF S5-42 & S5-47) used in 5 speed manual transmission Ford Super Duty trucks from roughly 1987 - 1994. It is slightly shorter than the OEM yoke, so driveline modifications may be necessary if you do not have enough travel in your slip yoke to accommodate the difference.
